She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Hutchinson and Jessie Hutchinson (Gillard); her children, Peter, Sally Schnitzer, Jonathan, Timothy and Stephen; and her husband Douglas MacNevin Surgenor. She was also cherished by spouses, fifteen grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
