She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Churchill, Jr.; and her parents, Ensley Fifield and Olive Fifield. She is survived by: her sons, Philip J. Churchill (Lori) of Hubbardston and Peter C. Churchill (Jennifer) of Hillsborough, NC; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Kati, James, Becca and Cole.
