He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arthur Payne and Beatrice Knight Payne; and his brother Kenneth Payne. He is survived by: his children, Richard Payne and Bianca Payne of Boston, MA.; his former wife Joan DiRaimondo Payne; his grandchildren, Germain, Jaxson, Vincent, Mackenzie and Lilianna; and his brothers, Gordon Payne, Roy Payne and Douglas Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bedford Funeral Home (167 Great Rd, Bedford, MA 01730).
