He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Israel. He is survived by: his children, Robin Dixon, Kevin Macauley and Amber Leddy; his grandchildren, Kyle Leddy, Jonathan Leddy, Katie Dixon, Kenneth Cooper Dixon, Rebecca Dixon, Hansen Chao, Vivian Chao and Evelyn Macauley; and his close friend Toni Wolfeman.
