He is survived by: his parents, Arthur "Prof" Milliken and Susan Buckland Milliken; his spouses, Elizabeth Lee Holcombe and Lee Milliken; his brothers, Charles Milliken and Peter Milliken; his children, Aldy Milliken, Peter Milliken and Sally Milliken; and also Lee Holcombe. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in laws and friends.
