We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2018, at the age of 29, Alessandra M. Falcone (Carlisle, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Santi Falcone of Carlisle and Marisa Falcone (Primavera) of Carlisle; her children, Luis Falcone-Marrero and Alexa Fleuriel; and her brother Dante I. Falcone (Ellen) of Maryland.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Santi & Marisa Falcone, who are establishing a fund for Alessandra's two children.
