She was predeceased by: her parent Myer L. Cutler. She is survived by: her spouse Neil Bernstein; her parent Lucille Cutler (Finn); her children, Phyllis Fitzpatrick (David) and Vicki Bernstein; her husband Herschel Garfein; and her grandchildren, Justin, Ilana Fitzpatrick, Hadassa and Lev Garfein.
