We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2025, at the age of 82, Ruth G. (Nizel) Cantor of Canton, Massachusetts, born in Brookline, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Nizel (Buchwald) and Manuel Nizel. She is survived by: her brother Robert Nizel; her children, Leslie (Carl Gladstone) and Todd (Mary Claire Cantor); and her granddaughters, Molly Gladstone, Ella Cantor and Abby Cantor.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel (475 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021). A shiva was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruth's Late Residence.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's name, may be made to the National MS Society at http://www.nationalmssociety.org. or the Alzheimer's Association at http://www.alz.org., these were very important to Ruth, to honor her late parents.
