He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lyons and Margaret Lyons; and his brothers, Robert and John Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Lyons; his children, Paul J. Lyons Jr. (Valerie) of Pawleys Island, SC, Angela M. Evans (Scot) of Kingston and Leslie Lyons Noonan of Needham; and his siblings, Richard J. Lyons, Mary Monkouski and Jane Bernard.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Oscar Romero Church (700 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021).
