He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Barlow Bingay; and his pets, Eurydice and Alice. He is survived by: his brother Thomas, Jr.; his children, Emma Bridget (Charles Bell), Boudu George (Cara Stepp) and Jennie Irene (Tyler Johnson); his grandchildren, Marilyn Jane and Mattix Wolfe; and his pets, Roxy, Cruz and Abby. He is also survived by his past students, patients, friends, colleagues, neighbors.
