She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Fabrizio and Maria (Acacia); and her husband James "Jim" Hazlett. She is survived by: her children, Jason, Andrea Johnston, Adam and Erik Hazlett; and her sister Rosanna Musto. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
