It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Monica M. McCafferty of Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Harrington and Bessie Harrington; her sisters, Naomi Ferguson and Cornelia Toffolo; her husband John J McCafferty; and her son John C McCafferty MD.
She is survived by: her sister Maureen DeCloux; her children, Anthony N McCafferty (Maria), Elizabeth M Burt (Graham), Richard A McCafferty (Edna) and Philip H McCafferty; and her grandchildren, Neil S McCafferty, John A McCafferty and Maria-Eduarda DaSilva.
