He is survived by: his husband James McPhee of Brentwood, NH; his sons, Eric Butler (Sharon) of Raleigh, NC and Scott Butler (Simeon Maleh) of Brooklyn, NY; his stepson Jacob Lee-McPhee (Amanda); his grandsons, Wesley and Oliver Lee-McPhee of Exeter, NH; his sisters, Faith Binder (Barbara Wilson) of Chittenango, NY and Martha Butler (Joseph Russo) of Bristol, RI; his nephew Michael Binder; and his niece Grace Binder.
