He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josephine Freni and Aurelio Freni; his former wife Carmela "Milly" Freni of Boston; his brother Santi; his wife Catena; his children, Esther Freni of Deerfield, Salvatore Freni (Luisa) of Burlington and Janice McGarry (Richard) of Tyngsboro; his sisters, Maria Bombara of Waltham, Santina Marchese of Scaletta Zanclea and Sicily; his grandchildren, Danielle Loos (Ralph) of Sunderland, Rachel Marshall (Kenneth) of Woodstock, CT, Joel Borgesano (Denise) of Melrose, Joseph Freni (Silvana) of Burlington, Carmelina Rakiec (Daniel) of Woburn, Salvatore Freni Jr. of Geneva, Switzerland, Marissa Stanvick (Stephen) of Wilmington and Devon McGarry (Shelby) of Milton, VT.; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Rayner, Sofia, Brook, Marco, Mary, Liliana, Ivy, Nathan, Gisella, Sabrina, Joel Jr., William, Alexis, Matthew and Callan. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
