He was predeceased by: his former wife Leila Brand; and his wife Renee Herskowitz. He is survived by: his children, Steven Brand and Jill Brand (Thomas Nehrkorn); and his grandchildren, Corey Brand, Curt Nehrkorn (Grace Charles) and Mel Nehrkorn (Jem Nash).
