He was predeceased by: his mother Gwendolyn. He is survived by: his son Dr. Harold E. Phillips, Jr. (Kimberly) of Tampa; his friend Grady White; his wife Lorna H. Phillips; his daughter Karen Preval of Brockton, MA.; his grandchildren, Moriya Phillips-Eugene (Jimmy), Rhema Phillips, Harold Phillips III and Andrew Preval; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Goodridge. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
