He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lynne Carvalho Adamian; his children, Nathaniel Adamian, Louis Adamian and Eleanor Adamian; his siblings, Stephen Adamian (Claudia Borgonovo), Jean Adamian, John Adamian (Jenny Pyke) and Monica Adamian (David Stowe); his brother-in-law Bruce Carvalho (Regina Cosnowsky); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Adamian James, Gabriel Adamian, Clara Adamian (John Miller), Maia Carvalho, Michael-Russell Adamian Salmi (Bailey McFee), Daniel Carvalho, Corrina Stowe, Bernadette Adamian, Lucia Stowe and Keith Adamian.
He became the company's CEO in 2015 and was a leader and mentor to his employees through the COVID-19 pandemic and until his retirement in 2022.
