She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Brian C. Doyle; her children, Arlin, David and Brendon; her grandchildren, Sasha, Adean, Cenadra, Kerry, Mason and Brendon Jr. Dear; her cousins, Barbara, Wendy and Alicia Waithe; her goddaughter Vanessa Waithe; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin, Karen Doyle, Walter, Kathy Doyle, Gerard and Diane Doyle. She was also cherished by many niece's nephew's, cousins and friends.

“Carol was the wife of my dear cousin, Brian Doyle. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out. Always dressed to perfection, she exuded such optimism and positivity. We shared many moments together talking on the phone and sharing our love of TV shows, movies, values, family stories, etc. Carol was the real thing. I loved her stories from her days at the MBTA. The world light got a little dimmer with her passing, but I know she'll finally be with our Brian in heaven.”
