He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frederick Mulligan and Shirley Mulligan; his sister Shauna Mulligan; and his pet Vader. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mulligan; his sons, Ryan and Lucas; and his siblings, Stephen Mulligan, Kathy (Douglas Nafziger), Sean Mulligan and Erin (Ed Welcome). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
