He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard M. Fudge and Louise M. Fudge (Parsons). He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Ann Fudge (Laidley); his brother Leonard Fudge (Judy) of Pelham, NH; and his wife Kathy.
