She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, August Thomas and Annie Thomas (Rebello); her husband Conrad J. "Jack" Waitner; her sister Joyce Fernald (Thomas); and her children, John (Charlotte), Lisa Martin (Edward), Margaret Ayala (Nick), Lori Kindy (Tim) and Kathleen Brennan (Bob). She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
