He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richard and Ethel Richard (Machado). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (DeGregorio); his children, Carla McMahon (Tim) of Duxbury, MA, Karen Ciardi (Joe) of Burlington, MA, William Richard Jr. (Sharon) of Topsfield, MA and Steven Richard (Amy) of Peabody, MA; and his grandchildren, Sarah (Chris), Christopher (Erin), Nicholas, Marina, Jeffrey (Julia), Jason, Meghan and Zachary. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
