He was predeceased by: his spouse Jan Lee (Proctor); his children, Jody Joyce and Scott MacKenzie; and his brother David MacKenzie (Serena). He is survived by: his significant other Anne Murray of Burlington; his grandchildren, Paul, Michael, Kayden Coady, David Coady (Jill), Scott MacKenzie and Danielle Conroy (Brian); and his great grandchild Kayla Conroy.
