He was predeceased by: his parents, William Farrow and Irene Farrow (Gratton); and his siblings, Robert Farrow, June Baker and Roy Farrow.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen A. Farrow (Small); his children, Lisa Farrow of Burlington, Richard Farrow, Jr. of Burlington, Keith Farrow (Andrea) of Billerica, Kevin Farrow of Burlington, MaryBeth Osborne of Burlington, Timothy Farrow (Linda) of Georgia, Sean Farrow (Andrea Fairfax) of North Carlina and Jennifer Lund (Steven) of Millis; and his brother Roland Farrow of Florida. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many other dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
