He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard James O'Neil and Edith Lillian O'Neil (Kelly); his children, Lauren of Burlington and Brian of Burlington; his close friends, John Murphy, Chris Sullivan and John Clark; his brother Chris; his wife Julie O'Neil (Costello); his child Erin O'Neil of Burlington; his siblings, Daniel O'Neil (Kathy) of Medfield, Paul O'Neil (Karen) of Manchester, NH, Christopher O'Neil (Nancy) of Watertown, Judy McMorrow (Colm) of Sandwich, Philip O'Neil of Waltham and Janet Lucey (John) of Needham; his siblings-in-law, Daniel, Mary Costello of Marshfield, Brian, Deneen Costello of Cohasset, Philip Costello of Marshfield, Stephen, Sheryl Costello of San Diego, CA, Mark and Dora Costello of Waltham; and also Nancy. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Peter also played in the Children's Hospital Tournament for 18 straight years, and countless other charity tournaments around New England.
