She was predeceased by: her husband William Patrick Hayes; her parents, William Hebert and Marie Hebert; her stepson William Hayes Jr.; and her sister Irene Rajotte.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen Orn of Sutton, Susan Ciccolini of Arizona, Paul Andersen of West Boylston, Michael Andersen of North Carolina, William Andersen of Florida and David Andersen of Fitchburg; her stepchildren, Richard Hayes of Maine, Gary Hayes of Maine, Daniel Hayes of Danvers and Margaret Joyce of Beverly; and her siblings, Paul Hebert of Leominster, Therese Tobin of Leominster, Laurette Loiselle of Leominster, Roger, Henry, Jeanette, Raymond and Alphonse Herbert. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
