He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Pignatone and Concetta E. Pignatone (Uccello). He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Pignatone (Walker); his daughters, Nicole J. Sica (Daniel) of North Reading and Janelle A. Quintero (Joshua) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Noah Sica, Alivia and Cole Quintero; his brother Richard Pignatone of Medford; his nephews, Joseph and Peter Pignatone; and his friends, Ronnie Scioletti of Medford, John Mucci of East Boston and Nicky Angelo.
