She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Alfano of Year's Eve; her parents, Anthony Ciccio and Giulia Ciccio (Rinaldi); and her brother Joseph (Mary Ann Ciccio). She is survived by: her children, Deborah Perriello (Alfred) of Burlington, Edward "Ted" Alfano (Lisa) of Essex, Julie Caterino (Ronald) and Andover; her grandchildren, Gioia Perriello, Christopher Perriello, Jonathan Perriello, Anne Marie Alfano, Eric LaPointe, Lauren Costello (LaPointe), Nicole LaPointe, Matthew Caterino and Emily Caterino; and her great grandchildren, Corey Perriello, Liliana Perriello, Violet Perriello, Lucia Perriello, Griffin Perriello and Liza Perriello. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home (43 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Church (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Pine Haven Cemetery (84 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, or to a charity close to their heart.
