He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Foley (Ford) of County Galway and Michael Foley (Bridget) of Kerry; his brother James Foley; his nephew James Michael Foley; and his great-niece Sabrina Best.
He is survived by: his siblings, W. Michael Foley (Ruth) of Woburn, Monica Tortola (late Fred) of Waltham, Mary Carleton (late James) and William Foley (late Catherine). He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and 27 great-nieces and nephews.
