She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Raftery and Alice Raftery; her husband George L. Gaudet; her son Robert (Cheryl); and her brother Lewis Raftery.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rorrer (Thomas), Rev. Richard Gaudet (Beverly) of Austria, Janice Leland (Frederick) and Karen Helgerson (Daniel); and her sister Carol Morgan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Joan's name may be made to North Lebanon Second Baptist Church, 259 Bakers Grant Road, Lebanon, ME 04027.
