She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph N. Bastos; her parents, Walter Porch and Kathleen Porch (Stewart); and her siblings, Gail Stone, Kathy McMillan, Carolee Belcher and Walter Porch.
She is survived by: her significant other Joe; her children, Jean, Joe, Stephen Bastos (Janice) of Billerica, Brenda Gillis (Ken) of Burlington, Earla Ricker (Peter) of Rockport and Joseph Bastos (Cathy Hosman) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Stephen Bastos, Jr. (Sandra), Karen Bastos, Kenneth Gillis, Jr., Sharla Gillis, Melissa Ricker, Derek Bastos and Amanda Bastos; her great grandchildren, Nicole Bastos, Skye Gillis and Joanna Gillis; and her sister Earlamond Abbott Frank of Arizona. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home (43 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the United Church of Christ (6 Lexington St, Burlington, MA 01803). A committal service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Pine Haven Cemetery (84 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
