He was predeceased by: his significant other Connie Duggan (Barratt); his son Michael Duggan; his brothers, John F. Duggan of Burlington and Patrick Duggan of Revere; and his sister-in-law Karen Duggan.
He is survived by: his son James Duggan (Christine) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cassanos, Marissa Duggan and Connor Duggan; his great grandchild Kaitlyn Cassanos; his siblings, Caroline Smithers (Richard) of Billerica, George Duggan of Billerica, Eileen Kimber (Jerry) of Fitchburg and Joseph Duggan (Joy) of Tewksbury; and his sister-in-law Gail Duggan of Revere. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Church in St. Veronica's Parish (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Chestnut Hill Cemetery (52 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
