He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn C. Smith (Carberry); his brother Leonard Smith of Naperville, Illinois.; and his niece Cheryl Smith of Chicago. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Tsatsarones (Costa) and Todd Smith (Deb Cunningham) of Burlington; his granddaughters, Jaclyn and Nicole; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Drake, Colleen Cox (Paul) of California and Terry Smith of Montana.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the oncology department or to the pulmonary department, both of which provided exemplary care and improved quality of life, are gratefully requested.
