“Frank was a dear friend of ours. I first knew him from the Billerica Elks in the early 80's. I met him through Bob Dube at the Elks. More recently we would all get together, Frank & Barb, Kitty & Bob, & my wife Sandy and I. We would meet at the Airfield Cafe in Hampton and Grassfields in North Andover. Frank was always fun to be with. He was always full of life and laughter. Our condolences to his family and Barbara. May he rest in peace and the grace of God be with him. We'll miss him”
