He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Portuguese; his wife Alice Modesto (Lameiras); his sons, James Modesto (Terri) of Goffstown, NH and Anthony Modesto (Mari) of Billerica; his grandchildren, Nicholas Modesto of Lebanon, NH, Leah Partlow (Michael) of Goffstown, NH, Jamie Canney (Paul) of Stoneham, Melanie Napoli (John) of Danville, NH, Melissa, Bobby Soares of Tewksbury and Linsey Pennel of Conway, SC.; his great grandchildren, Tyra, Landon, Sean, Thomas, Dominic, Gianna, Joshua, Cameron and Nicholas; and his close friend Lourdes Silva.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Church in St. Veronica Parish (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Pine Haven Cemetery (84 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
