He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aylward and Mary Aylward; his son Daniel Aylward; his siblings, Kathy Aylward, William Aylward and Arthur Aylward; and his daughter Michelle Aylward.
He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Aylward (Garcia); his children, Carmen Goguen (Richard) of Greenville, NH, William Aylward of Arcadia, FL and Lisa Matarazzo (Thomas Hayes) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Samuel Goguen, Lindsey Aylward, Kathleen Marshall, Amanda Matarazzo and Dan Matarazzo; his sister Frances Aylward; and his former wife Mary "Scotty" Aylward of Seabrook, NH.
