She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Fennelly; and her son Christopher Fennelly. She is survived by: her children, Mark Fennelly (Linda), Meg DiFrancesco (Vic), Ginny Wershonski (Guy) and Rick Fennelly (Tammi); her grandchildren, Dan Kaplan (Brittany), Lauren Weld (Dan), Matt Fennelly, Diana Fennelly, Jim DiFrancesco, Michael DiFrancesco, Teresa Wershonski, Joshua Fennelly (Alex), Erich Fennelly, Kaelynn Fennelly, Hannah Fennelly and Nikole Fennelly; her great grandchild Colton Kaplan; and her brother Daniel Murphy.

Due to the COVID-19 funeral services will be held privately.
