He is survived by: his wife Deborah Horwitz (Silverman); his children, Barry Horwitz (Elizabeth), Susan Miller (Herbert) and Andrew Horwitz (Alexandra Callam); his grandchildren, Michael, Alison, John, Peter, Daniel and Catherine; and his great grandchild Oliver.
