He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. McQueeney and Bridget V. (Buchanan); and his brother John McQueeney. He is survived by: his wife Alberta McQueeney; and his siblings, Irene Brassil, Marion McQueeney and Elizabeth "Betty" Kirby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
