He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Tarlow and Eva Tarlow; his brother Dick; his wife Marilyn Weinstein; his children, Steven Tarlow, Linda Levi of Teaneck, NJ, Ellen Tarlow, David Hornung of Woodstock, NY, Daniel and Ronna Tarlow of Brookline, MA.; his grandchildren, Naomi Tarlow, Daniel Newman, Eli Tarlow and Sam Tarlow; and his great grandchild Eva Newman. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
