It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seth Briggs (Brookline, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 23, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Seth Briggs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth Briggs (West). He is survived by: his parents, Albert Payson and Gertrude Briggs (Lyndon); and his children, Anne (Curtis) of Wellesley, MA, Robert of Sharon, VT, Seth Jr. (Julia) of Chicago, IL, Thomas (Susan) of Houston, TX and James (Gail) of Castro Valley, CA.. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Seth's memory may be made to the American Red Cross (where his wife worked as a nurse for many years) or to the Appalachian Mountain Club.
