He was predeceased by: his daughter Judi Thorne of Millis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. O'Brien (Gorman); and his children, Roberta Bova (Steve) of Billerica, Michael O'Brien of Stoughton, Maureen McCoy (Steve) of Stoughton, David O'Brien of Moultonborough, NH., Richard G. O'Brien of Marshfield and Paul O'Brien of Billerica. He is also survived by grandchildren and nine adored great grandchildren.
