He was predeceased by: his parents, Hsin-Hsih Chen and Hsiu-Wen Lin; and his siblings, Tek-Fei and Anthony. He is survived by: his daughter Anita (Lee); his wife Linda Chen; his brother Ruben Chen; his son Patrick Chen; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Ashley, Alexander and Calvin.
