She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight MacAfee and Guiliaelma MacAfee (Ash); her children, Susan and Dwight Urner; and her brother Dwight MacAfee.
She is survived by: her daughter Katharine Urner-Jones; her son-in-law Lawrence Jones of Georgetown; her niece Jody Ward of Brambleton, VA; and her nephews, James Smith of Ijamsville, MD and Robert Smith.
