It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy F. Skolnick (Brookline, Massachusetts), born in Needham, Massachusetts, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Alfred Forman. She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Bryan Dank, Jody and Kenny Barnet; her grandchildren, Tyler Dank, Maya Dank, Jesse Barnet and Ally Barnet; her parent Barbara Forman (Kaplan); her siblings, Milt Lewis, Ed Forman and Jan Swanberg; her nieces, Leslie and Michele (Matt); her nephew Ben (Emma); and also Katie.
