She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Freid and Sarah Freid; her spouse Herbert Schnider; and her siblings, Edith, Bobbi, Toby, Nathan, Manuel and Herbert.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Schnider (Elizabeth, Mark Schnider) and Robin Lynn Polansky; her grandchildren, Marisa Rosen (Adam), Rachel Stempler (Matt), Meredith Nichols (Scott), Calla Hales (Dave), Joseph Schnider and Emily Schnider; and her great grandchildren, Levi Rosen, Ellen Elizabeth Stempler and Ellie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Muriel's memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
