He is survived by: his wife Lynda Levine (Borer); his children, Shana Levine Senzel (Richard) of Pittsfield and Ken Levine (Jessie Mocle) of Nashua; his brother Jeff Levine (Donna) of Nashua; and his brother-in-law Leonard E. Borer (Sharon Stern) of Ottawa, Ontario.. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
