He was predeceased by: his wife Pushpa Lata Goyal; and his parents, Chameli Devi and Madev Prasad. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Leena Pushpa Mittal, Nanaji of Callan and Kai Schofield; his son-in-law Seth Schofield; and his grandson Kai. He is also survived by many siblings in India, and a nephew and niece.
