He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Phyllis Cohen (Mager); and his parents, Maurice Cohen and Marilyn Cohen. He is survived by: his children, Liza Cohen Gates (Andrew) and Benjamin Cohen (Melissa); his grandchildren, Oliver, Isabelle, Sophie and Jalona; his parents-in-law, Milton, Dorothy Mager and Dedicated; his siblings-in-law, Ellen, Warren Jacobs, Janet, Charles Bronstein and Revered; his nieces and nephews, Brett, Rebecca Jacobs, Jill Jacobs, Jesse and Ryan Guzik; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Skylar Guzik and Caring; his sister Betsy Solomon; his brother-in-law Martin Solomon; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Silber, Lesley Solomon, Lori York and Loyal.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in memory of Lewis to support: Dr. David Reardon's Research Fund at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
