It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonardo Crisostomo of Brookline, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Santiago Crisostomo and Dr. Flor (Vicente) of Liza. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Rudd; his brothers, Santiago V. "Chip" Crisostomo of Boston and Dr. German V. Crisostomo (Michael Askins) of Plymouth; and his children, Abby Crisostomo and Pogi Rudd Crisostomo of Brookline. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, friends, and dogs.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lenny's name to the Animal Rescue League of Boston, 10 Chandler Street Boston, MA 02116.
